This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services and payments made on Ultimate Jaipurians. By booking our services or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
All payments made to Ultimate Jaipurians are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Clients may request cancellation of services; however, such cancellations will not be eligible for any refund, credit, or transfer of payment.
If an event is postponed or modified at the client’s request, payments already made will remain non-refundable and may be adjusted against revised services at the sole discretion of Ultimate Jaipurians.
In rare cases where Ultimate Jaipurians cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, government restrictions, or safety concerns, we reserve the right to offer a reschedule or service adjustment. Refunds will not be guaranteed.
Any transaction fees, processing charges, or taxes charged by payment gateways are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Any attempt to raise false disputes or chargebacks after agreeing to this policy may result in permanent restriction from our services and legal action where applicable.
